Wanda J. Lewis
President/Chief Professional Officer
Hometown: Auburn, Alabama

Wanda J. Lewis has served as President/Chief Professional Officer for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Lee County since 1997, where she is responsible for providing leadership for all aspects of the organization in support of its mission and goals. 

Wanda studied Human Resource Management and Family & Child Development at Troy State University and completed the Advanced Leadership Program in the School of Executive Leadership with Boys & Girls Clubs of America & The University of Michigan Ross School of Business.

Prior to coming to Boys & Girls Clubs, Wanda served as Parent Educator and Coordinator of Multicultural Activities with the Auburn and Opelika City Schools. She also served as Community Education Consultant & Substance Abuse Prevention Specialist for East Alabama Mental Health and Parent Support Specialist for the Federation of Child Care Centers of Alabama. The majority of Wanda's 40+ years of work and volunteer experiences has focused on the developmental needs and interests of young people.  
Betty Burns
Resource Development Director
Hometown: Auburn, Alabama

Betty Burns is a native of Auburn, Alabama. She and her husband Carl have one daughter, Nina, who is in the 9th grade at Auburn Junior High School. Betty is active in community outreach. 

Betty is on the board of the Boys and Girls Club of Chambers & Troup County, an active member of Trinity Lutheran Church, a member of the National Association of Professional Women, the Public Relations Council of Alabama, active in the Auburn Chamber of Commerce and participates in various other charitable organizations.
Najeebah Swanson
Office Manager
Hometown: Tuskegee, Alabama

Najeebah Swanson graduated from Booker T. Washington High School. In 2010 she earned a Bachelors degree in English at Auburn University and now holds a Masters Degree from Capella University. Najeebah is also a Club parent whose daughter has been a Club member since Elementary School.  

Najeebah has been on the staff of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Lee County since 2007. During her tenure, she has served as Membership Manager, Education Director and Unit Director. Currently, she holds the position of Office Manager where she oversees the operations of the organization's Administrative Office.
Anthony Brock
Unit Director - Auburn Unit
Hometown: Auburn, Alabama

Anthony Brock is a graduate of Auburn High School where he was a student athlete. While attending college, Anthony worked with Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Lee County as an Athletic Director and as Education Director. He received his degree in Business Management and Political Science from Tuskegee University. From 2000-2004 he was employed with Auburn City Schools where he worked as P.E. Aid and ISS teacher at Yarbrough Elementary School. 

 After graduating from college in 2004 he obtained a position as a pharmaceutical store manager with Walgreens where he worked for nine years before returning to Boys & Girls Club in 2013. Since that time, Anthony has served as Unit Director for the Auburn Unit bringing his tenure with the Clubs to a total of nine years.
Drew Bedurah
Unit Director - Potter-Daniel Unit
Hometown: Orlando, Florida

Drew Bedurah earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Organizational Communication with a minor in Child Welfare from the University of West Florida in Pensacola.

After graduating from college, he completed a year of service with Americorps at Chain Reaction; a teen volunteer center in Pensacola, FL He also worked for three years with Big Brothers Big Sisters. Drew joined the staff of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Lee County in 2015 where he serves as Unit Director at the Potter-Daniel Unit.
