Club Members Say Thanks to Mayor Gary Fuller with a 25th Anniversary Commemorative Art Print

Fundraising and donation support are the lifeblood of BGCLEECO. Without your generous contributions, we would not be able to provide the support necessary to help children learn and grow alongside their peers.

Every year, BGCLEECO hosts two events that serve as the primary means of fundraising for the ensuing 12 months, the Champion for Kids Campaign Luncheon and the Annual Mayor’s Jeans and Jackets Ball.

With that in mind, please mark your calendars for the following dates:

Champion for Kids Campaign Luncheon :

The Champion for Kids Campaign has been one of the primary fundraising events for BGC for many years. There will be several luncheons over the course of a few months, culminating in a luncheon where kids will perform routines and a guest speaker will be present.

When : January 19th, 2017

Where : The Bottling Company Event Center

Sponsored by Outback Steakhouse

12th Annual Mayor’s Jeans & Jackets Ball

The Mayor’s Ball has recently become the largest source of fundraising for BGC. Last year, this even raised nearly $100,000. This is an annual event and will be taking place for the 12th straight year next spring.

When : March 30th 2017

Where : The Bottling Company Event Center

By Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Lee County 30 Aug, 2016

Every year, Boys and Girls Clubs of America spend one day in September celebrating what it means to be a kid. In 2015, Boys & Girls clubs entertained over 50,000 people on Day for Kids. This initiative is part of a larger goal of having kids interact with their families and others in a fun-filled environment.

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Lee County is very excited to be one of the hundreds of clubs nationwide to be participating in Day for Kids in 2016! On September 17th, join us for a day filled with activities that will get the whole family involved!

Details: Unknown at this time.
